Exclude Retired Task Lists from Alignment Validation

The system currently considers tasks aligned even when they are linked to a retired task list. This leads to inaccurate alignment reporting for current school task lists. The proposed feature is to update the alignment validation and filtering logic to automatically exclude any retired task lists, ensuring that only active task lists are considered for alignment purposes. This would prevent users from having to manually verify and correct alignments to retired tasks. Technical Details: The filtering for alignment validation should be updated to not include any retired task lists.
