Enrollment forms missing from student profile tab

Enrollment forms should appear under the Enrollment tab when a student's profile is opened, but they are not showing. Checks of filters, form status and setup, failed provisioning, document visibility settings, and SIS alignment did not identify the cause. The specific missing form type has not yet been determined.
