Enrollment Form Status Not Updating for Form Progression

Almost all of the students under ICE EDU WBL type (not the spring one) are showing a checkmark under enrollment forms. However, they should show an hourglass because the 3rd progression of the enrollment form was sent out today 3/2. If you click the check, view PDF and exit back out, it changes to an hourglass though.
