Employer Skill Set Evaluations - generate a report after employer submits

Some schools would like to assign an overall grade (average score) to these (if using a grading scale). Currently, there is also no way to view the evaluation that the employer left. You can see how the skills are currently scored, but no historical record of the evaluation. It would be helpful to generate this as PDF and add an average score. This could then be viewed as an option for each completed evaluation.
