Employer Skill Set Evaluations - allow subsets of skills to be used for evaluations

In Michigan for instance, they have to use a different set of skills for every x hours that a student is doing WBL. If skills are assigned tags like Quarter 1, Quarter 2, etc. those tags could be used to allow evaluations and even training plans to be set based on this.
