Employer Participation Report - Incorrect Experience Count

Each row specifies a WBL type. If one employer has experiences in multiple WBL types, the WBL Experience Count column shows the same total number of experiences that the employer has across all WBL types, rather than just the number of experiences they have in that specific WBL type.
