Employer Page Issues

Not able to merge some employers because it won’t show up on the list of employers to merge with (ex: employers with the same name)

Employer Partnership Agreement forms that are manually uploaded are not shown when running a forms report

Employer Status not sorting correctly (ex: Active statuses should be together and Needs Partnership Agreement should be together when sorted by Status column but they are still mixed)
