Employer list is loading slowly or not at all
I have a couple of problems with the site today. It has been slow to load the list of employers. Sometimes it will not load and I am getting the following error message.

This is working fast enough that it’s still usable but we need a better solution moving forward but it’s less of a priority. Here is the correct fix that would be a lot more work: https://feedback.eduready360.com/p/optimize-employer-datatable

A possibly related issue is now happening when searching for employers so I am re-opening this so we can investigate this further.
