Email Communications to any/all advisory members for Advisory Superuser

The CTE Director's office frequently sends email notices to all active advisory members. This currently requires going into each board to send the email multiple (in my case) 21 times. The superuser email functionality should have the ability to send to all active members, or subsets by program or role (Industry Rep, Labor, Parent Student etc). This would be just for the superuser account (CTE Director and support staff), not for teachers.
