Employer and contact records are not updated after they are put into WBL Opportunities. It seems that the opportunities were created prior to the email and phone number being on the contact record. Because we don't know if other schools also claimed this business as a partner, we cannot have each school changing the employer data after it's already been initially created. We added an error so that the email address is required for all contacts you're making an opportunity on behalf of so this will not happen in the future. For the ones that you've already created, you can send us a list of what the emails should be and we can manually put them in for you.
