Eligibility Rubric

There are rubrics in the CTE platform, but there are not options in the WBL platform. However, under Work-Based Learning settings, it says “Scoring Rubric”. This can be confusing, since it’s a “one size fits all” for eligibility. 1) We need to be able to edit the Rubric by WBL type and 2) we need to be able to rubric items for scoring, like in the “Applications” interface.
