Distributable Forms - Students showing in search but not if you scroll through the pages

This is due to a bug with the sort order. By default, it’s sorted by the form type. It should sort by Submitted By instead

    I was unable to recreate this even using the example student we had on file. I changed the default sort because I believe that’s the only thing that could have caused this issue.
