Display what type of field you have selected in the Form Builder

With the most recent update showing the field name in the field rather than the type, it can get confusing to identify what type of field an existing field is. For example, it's very difficult to discern the difference between checkboxes and radio buttons. We could add a label on the right sidebar where modify the field's attributes.
