Discuss a better way to manage On-Site Visit forms

Currently, only one form can be designated as an On-Site Visit form but some schools have multiple that are used for different scenarios. Currently, they need to define those separately as Recurring Forms. It would be ideal if there was some way to select and submit a form and link it to a specific visit. Potentially, adding a column of forms for each visit record.

    Change the on-site visit form template setting to a multi-select.

    1. Add to the mobile app a list of all forms that can be submitted while on-site. Allow them to be submitted directly from the app

    2. Add a column to the on-site visit table that lists the forms just like all of the columns on the WBL experience table. Open submission management.
