Discuss a better way to manage On-Site Visit forms

Currently, only one form can be designated as an On-Site Visit form but some schools have multiple that are used for different scenarios. Currently, they need to define those separately as Recurring Forms. It would be ideal if there was some way to select and submit a form and link it to a specific visit. Potentially, adding a column of forms for each visit record.
