Datatable Errors on Dashboard

This is due to the fact that these datatables do not have an actions column and the default sort order is being set to the last column.

    This was resolved by adding a blank column where the actions column normally would be.

    ERROR: syntax error at or near "OFFSET"

    LINE 1: ...n)<=$1 OR MAX(student_grade.id) IS NULL) ORDER BY OFFSET 0
