Data entry fields for recording the performance of skills should somehow be related to a drop-down selection so the scores can be meaningfully reported when exported

This could somewhat be done simply using the name of the fields, but reporting will be difficult. For instance, if dropdown1 is set to skillset and there is a text box next to it asking for the employer to evaluate the selected skill’s performance, it will be tough to get the scores across all completed forms. A possible solution would be to somehow link these two fields to each other in the builder.
