Old forms that are already generated will still have this issue but it is fixed moving forward. If there are any forms that anyone needs fixed, we can manually trigger the form to regenerate on your behalf. In the bottom right-hand corner of every form submission, there is a submission ID. Please give us that in live chat and we can regenerate it for you.
