Customize sender name for form signing emails

When students, employers, and school members receive emails from JobReady to sign forms, we would like the email sender name to say "EssexTech Forms" instead of "ENS Forms". Our school is not known as ENS, and using this abbreviation will create confusion. We would like to customize this sender name to avoid this problem.
