Customer Feedback: Form Management & Student Archiving

When you move a form template under a WBL type from one category to a different one (Example: As-Needed to Enrollment) it cancels all student submissions even though you aren’t really changing the form template-you are just moving it. This is very inconvenient and we would like it so that you can move the form templates to different categories without it impacting the experience form submissions.
