Create WIN Learning Integration to support automated tracking of the National Work Readiness Credential (NWRC) and allow students to access courses

The National Work Readiness Council provides training and issues badges and industry certifications for employability skills and other work readiness skills. This integration will allow students to authenticate via SSO and access training (if purchased) and badges and certificates earned will be sent to us via an API.
