Create system for students to post testimonials

Allow us to rate the quality of the testimonial while we are approving the testimonials.

Make a page for testimonial search across the board (or relevant to the student based on score) but also let this get embedded to other places. Like when you view an occupation or when students are setting a pathway in career planning. It would also be really awesome if there were a list of testimonials based on ALL of the occupations reported back from an exploration quiz and it takes into account some of the student's direct information to make it even more relevant (graduation year, shared employers, etc. EXCLUDE PATHWAY AND CLASSES)

Score based on student's employer history, pathway, occupation, enrolled classes based on CIP/pathway, graduation year, and school submitted from.

All video testimonials will be required to be public and a release signed because of video hosting.

Add a way to force them to sign a release if they allow it to be public. Require a guardian signature and require that guardian to come directly from the system (no dynamic signers).

Potentially give gift cards or even just be entered into a giveaway for one big gift card. Make the giveaway based on specific criteria (ie. must be a video, must be x mins long, must cover specific bullet points etc.). Regardless, we need to incentivize for good testimonials. Allow these testimonial submissions to go directly to an approval team to determine if they should be entered into the giveaway.

If a student posts a testimonial, put that on their portfolio.
