Create an Enrollment Forms Status Report

Hello! One other forms request. Enrollment Forms Status Report. This would list the student's name, list of uncompleted forms and what signer it is stuck at. Might be challenging but would help at the beginning of the year to identify which kids have not signed their forms yet. Thanks for the possibility!
