Create a WBL Report for Employer Participation by WBL Type

This report should list all employers that participated in a WBL experience during a specified date range.  It could be further filtered by employer tags and/or WBL types. 

The report should include the following fields:

• Employer Name
• Employer Address
• Employer Industry
• Employer Tags
• Employer Notes
• WBL Type
• WBL Experience Count
