Create a resume builder and use AI to suggest content to students

We plan to automate much of the process since we already have a lot of information about the student and basically have a "wizard" that allows them to confirm the information we already know and prompt them for any missing information.  We would then allow them to save customized versions of the resume in a professional format that is targeted to a particular occupation/purpose.

Look at the completion of tasks, skill sets, WBL participation, industry certifications, etc. Also allow different templates to be used to format the content of the resume.
