Create a report that shows missing items from the Future Ready tab of a student's portfolio

Create a report that technical teachers can run to see what is missing under the “Future Ready” tab. This would allow the technical teachers to gather an accurate list efficiently. They are required to ensure that the students have all of the data needed for the PIMS State Reporting Career Benchmark. Currently, there is no easy way of doing that. I would prefer also that this report be able to be run from an admin level too, showing all students and IDs in a spreadsheet.
