You can use the form export report for this. If you choose just the meeting minutes template and filter it down by the date range, you will be able to get all meeting minutes. This will not be in a single document, we don’t support that.

We have used this feature. I believe the original intent/question was that the minutes and all appropriate forms attached to that Advisory Board meeting could be downloaded at once instead of just form by form.
