Create a report for work log summary based on a date range

This should include wbl experience details, start date, end date, total hours, number of work log entries. It could also possibly include whether a pay stub was submitted, date range of pay stub, and the pay stub total.

    This information was added to existing reports and in other areas.

    This would be primarily used to assist WBL coordinators with determining which students have not been entering data on time and with assigning grades to this task.
