Create a report for exporting industry certifications in a format that makes importing into PowerSchool easier

PowerSchool expects one row of data for each student with the following fields:

• StudentsDCID

• CIP_Code

• YEAR_ID

• First_Name

• Last_Name

• Credential_Earned_Date1

• Credential_Earned_Date2

• Credential_Earned_Date3

• Credential_Earned_Date4

• Credential_Earned_Date5

• Credential_Earned_Date6

• Credential_Earned_Date7

• Industry_Credential_Code1

• Industry_Credential_Code2

• Industry_Credential_Code3

• Industry_Credential_Code4

• Industry_Credential_Code5

• Industry_Credential_Code6

• Industry_Credential_Code7

This may pose a challenge if more certifications are earned, but we could just add additional Earned Date and Credential Code columns or limit this to the 10 most recently earned or something along that line.
