Create a CTE Program Overview Report that lists performance indicators and supervisory data

This is intended to give CTE administrators and supervisors a snapshot view of all data relevant to each program. For instance, this should include the following:

• Summary Information

  • CIP Code

  • Related SOC Codes

  • Career Cluster / Pathway

• Total / IEP / Non-Traditional / WBL (student-based) Enrollment By Grade Level

  • End of last school year

  • Current school year (Oct 1)

  • Current (as of today)

• Industry Certifications Earned by Grade Level

  • End of last school year

  • Current school year (Oct 1)

  • Current (as of today)

• Task Completion (25-49%, 50-74%, 75-99%, 100%)

  • Current school year (Oct 1)

  • Current (as of today)

• Standardized Test Scores (NOCTI)

  • Total number of students tested

  • Breakdown of Performance / Written results

  • Breakdown of levels achieved (Advanced, Competent, Basic)

• Advisory Committee

  • Attendance Numbers

  • Data from meeting minutes / forms
