Counselor Auto Assignment Rules

Under the Assignment Rule, when adding the 13 programs assigned to one of our counselors I am getting an error: FAILED, Prompt Exceeds Maximum Length. Many of our programs have lengthy names, so I’m assuming there is a maximum number of characters that I’ve exceeded. Is there a way around this?
