Contracts populate non-teacher as teacher of record

Contracts populate deleted EDU as the teacher of record even though she is not listed in the Teacher user group. An example contract (an Internship Agreement for a State Approved CTE Program) shows her listed as the Certificated Teacher on the document. The teacher of record value should only be pulled from users in the Teacher user group, or the source of the populated value should be corrected. Investigate how the field is being populated so contracts do not list staff who are not teachers of record.
