Consider changing Approved, Pending, and Rejected counts in Work Logs to hours

This has been confusing to students. Additionally, reporting hours would be more useful information to get a better idea of what the total hours would be if all pending hours were approved.

    To make this somewhat clearer in the meantime, an Approved Hours stat was added.
