Consider adding the ability for teachers to upload digital copies of a textbook and create a tool to split large documents into smaller sections/chapters

We may need to investigate whether this would be violating copyright laws, but if that is not an issue we could allow uploading book, then have an iframe in the left with the PDF and a pane on the right where you choose page ranges for each chapter. Then we run a background task that explodes the book into the correct chapters. Then they can annotate the chapters or get specific pages afterwards.
