Conditional Form Routing Based on Student's School

I want the ability to automatically route forms to different recipients based on a student's high school or school affiliation. Specifically, I need to send work permit forms to the appropriate Work Permit Issuing Officer at each student's sending school when minors get a job. Currently, I have to create separate form templates for each high school or manually assign forms, which is time-consuming. This feature is important because: - It would streamline the work permit process for minors - Some coordinators generate these forms for employers and need them to automatically go to the correct school official - It would eliminate manual routing and reduce errors in sending forms to the wrong school contact I would like to be able to create a user group of sending school Work Permit Issuing Officers and have the form automatically prepopulate the recipient based on what high school the student attends (pulled from SIS data).
