Conditional Field Assignment for Multiple Signers in Form Builder

This feature would allow fields in the Form Builder to be conditionally assigned to multiple signers based on their roles. For instance, a field could be assigned to both a WBL Coordinator and an Employer. If the WBL Coordinator enters data, the employer would see it pre-filled. If the WBL Coordinator leaves it blank, the field would become a required entry for the Employer. This enhances flexibility in data collection and ensures all necessary information is captured efficiently. Technical Details: Requested by Stacy Bezanson (sbezanson@gltech.org)

    We will talk about this a bit further, but it will likely not be possible. Here is why. If a signer fills out their portion of the form and puts their signature on it, they are signing off on the contents of that form as it’s presented to them and submitted by them. If a signer down the line has the ability to change that value, that impacts the validity of the signature of the signer who entered the data previously. A real-world example of this would be someone filling out their portion of the form and signing it then another signer down the line erasing what they wrote and changing what it says.

      Ok - I wasn’t sure if it was possible. It has to do with the hourly rate on our co-op agreement. Sometimes I know it upfront and sometimes I do not.
