The events were attached to a record that was not yet completed but there was another that was completed but the events were not attached to it. This was a bit of a fluke. If it happens again in the future, we will need to evaluate how the second form is being generated to begin with.

The issue is that the original work log approval form that was submitted for the events in question was cancelled. When the form was resubmitted for approval, the event was not linked to the new form. We will work to resolve this.
