I found a bug, completed assessments in the assessment builder are not being reflected in course trackers for users or staff/admin.

Steps to reproduce: Log in as user or staff associated with this issue. Navigate to the purchased course and open either the staff tracker or the actual course as the student.
Current result: No assessment results are populating, prompts student to begin assessment
Expected Results: The completed assessments from the assessment builder should appear and show the tasks as completed and passed.
