Clinical or Service Learning Calendar
I need a "calendar" that will look like this that will allow an ongoing event to that differing numbers of students in the same class attend. For example, my cosmetology students go to two different senior centers on a rotating basis. They don't all always go, just like clinicals, sometimes they are absent, etc.

I need to organized way to track ongoing events like clinicals or service learning that will total hours for each student individually.

For the sake of privacy, I've removed the image and added it as a private note that only we can see because it looks like there is real student data in it and this if a public platform. We will review this tomorrow.
In the meantime, can you please reword the first sentence so it is more clear?
