Clinical or Service Learning Calendar

I need a "calendar" that will look like this that will allow an ongoing event to that differing numbers of students in the same class attend. For example, my cosmetology students go to two different senior centers on a rotating basis. They don't all always go, just like clinicals, sometimes they are absent, etc.
