Choice Between Pay Stub or Time Clock Picture
It would be nice ot have have the option for students to either submit a paystub or submit a picture of their time cards/time clock records they submit to get paid to prove hours. Not every student is in a paid position, and not every student receives an easily accessible paystub.

Can we upvote this? It’s common, especially in the summer time, for students not to be paid/be paid in cash, and the coordinators need an easy practice to give their students.

Hi @Laura Fiechter , We do understand why this would be ideal for you. We just don’t quite know how to implement it so it will take some brainstorming on our end. In the meantime, you can already upload an image to a pay stub record and make the pay fields so they are not required. You will just have to instruct unpaid students to report it this way. The other option is to use work logs to approve hours instead of using pay stubs at all which is what most of our schools with unpaid positions do. Because there is a work around, it likely won’t be implemented in the near future.
