Across the board, the green color means that the status of the item does not need your attention and is good to go. Orange means the item is in progress or waiting on someone else, blue means that the item will need your attention soon. Finally, red means it needs attention now. By changing the color of not required, it changes the meaning of all the color codes throughout the entire system.
