Change "Search" perimeters to "Starts with"

Often, when searching for an employer (or student), the first word of the employer name is entered, but the actual employer is far down on the list because JR360 does a general search for that word. It would be helpful to have the option to search by “starts with” to pull up information more quickly.

    Unfortunately, that’s not really feasible to do in a universal way. We don’t just search by the employer/student name. It searches all fields for any information, so you could search by Career Cluster or Industry if you wanted to. Maybe instead we could add filtering options.
