When setting alternative email, ask if they want to be a mentor after graduation, ask for cluster/pathway if its not set, ask for occupation, if it's not set. Also ask if they're willing to share their portfolio with potential mentored students. Then students can browse alumni for mentors that are specific to them using some type of scoring algorithm that takes these items (weighted) into account: experience with same employer, pathway, class enrollment, and graduation year.
