Career Planning - Add a mechanism to schedule and document meetings with students, parents/guardians, counselors, coordinators, etc.
Many states, like Utah, require the implementation of a career plan to include at least one individual and one group conference meeting with a parent, school counselor, and student during the student's grades 7 and 8, grades 9 and 10, and grades 11 and 12, with additional meetings as needed. All schools are required to document parental involvement in a student's planning meetings.
This would also be helpful for students to schedule meetings with a counselor or vice versa. Ideally, the ability to see a counselor’s availability would be ideal.

This is also a requirement in Iowa. They need to be able to track:
Number of students who met annually with a team member to ensure that: 1) state and local graduation requirements were met; and 2) to ensure that coursework was aligned with each student’s career goals.

New plan, we need to allow the counselor to schedule the meeting and choose who should be there. Add an event record and related event_invitees. Send RSVP email. Assume that the counselor has communicated with the parent to make sure this time works for them.

Make it so there is a type that gets assigned to students but counselors have calendar booking links available to the student. When the student books the meeting, they mark that they completed it.

Make the student add date and time. Then counselor will be required to add meeting summary information.
