Career Planning - Activity Completion Not Updating

If a career planning activity is complete for a student, but the activity is later modified to where a student should no longer have the activity be complete, it still shows as complete. i.e. An activity is created for Best Work Count with a Count of Null, if it’s then updated to have a count of 1, the activitites still show as complete for students who have 0 best works entered.
