Career Plan Admin View - Add an alternative view that shows a per-student view

First, badges would need to be assigned to a group of career plan activities and/or add the ability to assign a “milestone” tag. Once a group of activities can be treated as “milestones” and reported against, this will allow for risk indicators and alerts based on students that are close to achieving a badge/milestone.

To better show this, we’d need a view that shows each student with the badge/milestone as a column with a percentage of completion (or something like ¾ activities completed). This could be used to see which diploma seal a student is closest to achieving.

Additionally, it may be helpful to show status like the ones below to help counselors see students that may need assistance.
