After an event date passes, we need the system to stop sending reminder emails to the students who registered but still have enrollment forms to complete.
The only way that we can do this, since the forms are already sent out and managed by a 3rd party application, is to cancel them. All signers who have already signed the form and the current signer will receive a notification that the form is canceled. Once the form is canceled, of course, there won't be any more reminders.
