Can not see the required form submission status

I have created a test required form for two in my system. One has completed it, but I am not able to monitor and see this. Screenshots below show the required form and the blank screen that appears when I click the bar to monitor the required forms.

    This was due to student security being used for records unrelated to a student record. This has been updated to show other types without factoring in the student query information.
