Can not edit created WBL Opportunities

Prior to the compay claiming the business/opportunity, WBL Coordinator can not edit the opportunity after creating it on the business behal. Can only view or delete currently

    Add the ability to clone it but just auto-populate the fields so they can make edits. Then they can delete the old one.
