Bulk Signer Management for Training Agreements

I want a way to remove or update signers "in mass" across multiple Training Agreements easily, instead of having to do it individually for each one. This would be helpful for situations where a staff member (like Silvia Scaife) needs to be removed from receiving signature requests across many existing forms at once.
