Bulk Import Industry Credentials (data and certificate files)

This would be a two part upload.

Part 1: CSV file with the following fields:

• Student Identifier (local student number, state id, email, etc.)

• Student First Name (optional)

• Student Last Name (optional)

• Industry Certification Code

• Certifying Organization

• Certification Name

• Certificate Number

• Date Attempted

• Pass/Fail

• Certificate Filename

Part 2: Zip file containing all certificate file uploads

• The filename will be matched with the corresponding record using the associated field in the CSV file.

• Alternatively, the filename could use a standard format such as {student-id}.{cert-code}.{date-attempted (YYYYMMDD)}

If no certification code is specified, we would try to match based on certificate organization/name. If none was found as a match, create a local industry certification.
